答疑与比赛规则文件具有同等效力。当答疑与比赛规则文件存在差异时，以最新发布的答疑或者比赛规则文件为准。每个赛季的答疑仅适用于当赛季。
时效性说明：
• 比赛期提交的问题，组委会将在 1 个自然日内反馈；
• 备赛期提交的问题，组委会将在 5 个工作日内反馈。
注：
- 比赛期：自该赛事的报到日开始，至该赛事最后一个比赛日结束。
- 备赛期：比赛期以外的时期。
说明：不同赛事、赛事阶段的比赛期、备赛期 均分别独立计算。

Rule Q&A has the same validity as the rule documents. If any discrepancies arise, the most recent version of either the Rule Q&A or the official rule documents shall prevail. Each season’s Q&A applies only to that season.

•Preparation Period: outside competition period.
